1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Course Magic Key ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of our website and customers of our sustainable home technology services in Denmark.

3. Services Offered

Course Magic Key provides sustainable home technology solutions including:

• Solar panel installation and maintenance
• Smart home automation systems
• Energy efficiency consulting and audits
• Sustainable heating and cooling solutions
• Government incentive assistance and consultation

4. Service Agreements

4.1 Consultation Services

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Detailed energy audits and custom solution designs may incur fees as outlined in separate service agreements.

4.2 Installation Services

All installation services are subject to separate written contracts specifying:

• Scope of work and specifications
• Timeline and project milestones
• Total cost and payment terms
• Warranty and maintenance provisions

4.3 Warranty Terms

We provide comprehensive warranties on our installations:

• Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty
• Smart home systems: 5-year parts and labor warranty
• Installation workmanship: 10-year guarantee
• Equipment warranties as provided by manufacturers

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and energy needs
• Ensure safe access to installation areas
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Allow reasonable access for maintenance and warranty service

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project specifications.

6.2 Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms:

• 25% deposit upon contract signing
• 50% upon commencement of installation
• 25% upon completion and customer acceptance

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month as permitted under Danish law. Persistent late payment may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Customer Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Danish consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from contract signing to withdraw from the agreement without penalty. Custom-ordered equipment may be subject to restocking fees.

7.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel projects if:

• Property conditions make installation unsafe or unfeasible
• Required permits cannot be obtained
• Customer fails to meet payment obligations

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Company Insurance

Course Magic Key maintains comprehensive business insurance including:

• Professional liability insurance (10 million DKK coverage)
• General liability insurance (5 million DKK coverage)
• Worker's compensation insurance

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct costs of repair or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages except as required by Danish law.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and technical documentation provided by Course Magic Key remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a limited license to use this information solely for the intended installation.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Danish and EU data protection laws. Customer data is kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Danish law and the laws of the European Union.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through:

• Mediation through the Danish Construction Arbitration Board
• Litigation in Danish courts with jurisdiction in Copenhagen

13. Environmental Compliance

All services comply with Danish environmental regulations and building codes. We assist customers in obtaining necessary environmental approvals and ensure all installations meet sustainability standards.

14. Government Incentives

We provide information and assistance regarding Danish government incentives for sustainable technology. However, customers remain responsible for meeting all eligibility requirements and application deadlines.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Existing customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
